MEET THE MANAGER: COOKIE

Passionate about the intersection of sound and strategy, Alicia Stapleton, professionally known as Cookie Stapleton, is the manager of international Hip Hop artist Dear Silas and co-owner of SND Village, an independent record label and media company founded in 2022.
With over 15 years of experience in digital media, marketing, and content creation, Cookie has become a driving force behind Dear Silas’ independent success—helping to amplify the artist’s goals by crafting creative strategy, leading brand development, and overseeing every aspect of the artist’s career.
She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a B.A. in Mass Communication (Digital Media) and a minor in Art. Her creative entertainment roots run deep - from a successful modeling career to launching her digital graphic design company, Inkfolio before transitioning fully into the music industry. Her creative storytelling and specialty in content creation have led her to work with companies such as Viacom, Nickelodeon, Disney, and many more.
Cookie began working with Dear Silas as his creative director in 2015, helping shape his visual identity through merch design, costume, and video treatments. In 2022, she officially took on the role of manager. Under her leadership, Dear Silas reached new milestones. That same year, his empowering album “It’s Giving SELF LOVE” garnered over 20 million+ views across social platforms, hit #8 on the iTunes Hip Hop charts, and sparked a viral moment with the single “I Ain’t Stressin’ Today,” which later landed a remix featuring Snoop Dogg. Stapleton’s foundation in marketing and design continues to inform her unique approach to artist management. Together, she and Dear Silas have found a way to positively impact the world through music and visuals.
Cookie’s future goal is to continue propelling SND Village by assisting small businesses and influencers who value authentic storytelling and impactful audience connection. Her vision is clear: to continue pushing the culture forward by amplifying voices that deserve to be heard.
